What's new

The Business Case for Pensions
Extensive new research carried out by Gabriel on behalf of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and BlackRock has shed new light on employees’ and employers’ view of pensions. The programme comprised an employee survey of 840 private sector workers and 61 interviews and case studies with employers from a broad cross-section of organisations. This assignment augments Gabriel’s experience regarding pension provision and related investment management services and builds on a qualitative study commissioned by BlackRock in 2008 with pension scheme members.
